Snijder Equipment BV – hereinafter called Snijder – deliver only on the basis of the version of our conditions.

Our terms and conditions apply to all future transactions, subsequent orders, verbal orders etc.

Terms and conditions of the purchaser are expressively excluded but can be (partly) content if we agree them in writing.

Our quotes are subject to change.

Delivery deadlines, quantities, items quality and prices are subject to change.

The place of fulfilment for all services arising from the contract is at the premises of Snijder.

The risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier or when they leave the warehouse facility at Kernweg 39 Hoorn, The Netherlands.

Snijder is entitled to make partial deliveries.

The goods shall not be insured when dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

Standard commercial or slight technical deviations in quality, colour, width, weight, specification parts or design do not justify a complaint.

Complaints must be made immediately after receipt.

Snijder is not liable for consequential damages when purchaser use delivered parts or components in other equipment or installations.

Snijder accepts no guarantees what so ever unless a specific written agreement has been made with the purchaser.

Snijder provides no assurances regarding its sold products including non-infringement or third party rights.

Payment always by bank transfer before delivery of goods.

The law of The Netherlands applies to all quotations/deliveries and transactions and to all questions arising from these transactions. The court jurisdiction is Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Terms and conditions of use

Business to Business

1. We only supply to businesses. You shall submit your business information when requested at any time.

Payment

1. The goods are sent only when full payment including freight costs are received on a stated bank account in The Netherlands.

Transport

1. Goods are packed for transport under normal conditions.
2. Snijder is not responsible for damage caused during or after transport.
3. The freight charges are based on selected carriers by Snijder.

Pick-up goods

1. You can also pick up your goods if desired at our warehouse Kernweg 39, Hoorn. Only after the goods are paid through a bank transfer.

Parts

1. The parts offered by Snijder have different classifications including new, used, imitation, repaired and/or overhauled.

Quotation

1. Quotations are based on above classifications.

Prices

1. The offered prices are daily prices and can vary per shipment.

Cancellation

1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the signing of the quotation.

Returns

1. Snijder-parts.com is a B2B webshop and therefore you cannot exchange goods. You can only return if there is an incorrect delivery and or complaint (not according to order).
